Apostille Service Fees:

Nevada Apostille Service -

 

Documents that are signed and sealed by different notaries public or public officials will not qualify for Multiple Document Discounts. These documents will be priced individually at the "first/one document" pricing listed. 

Next Business Day Processing:

Processing occurs on the next business day. State fees included. Fees for this service listed below:

  • $275 for the 1st/One document

  • $50 for each additional document signed by the same notary public and/or public official. 

Expedited Processing:

Processing time for expedited orders is 2-3 business days. State fees included. Fees for this service listed below:

  • $190 for the 1st/One document

  • $40 for each additional document signed by the same notary public and/or public official.

Standard Processing:

Processing time for standard orders is 2-4 weeks. State fees included. Fees for this service listed below:

  • $115 for the 1st/One document

  • $30 for each additional document signed by the same notary public and/or public official.

State Apostille Service -

Processing times vary by State. With some States taking up to 12 weeks to issue an apostille certificate. Contact our Apostille Team for questions regarding processing time. 

Standard State Apostille Service:

  • $225 for the 1st/One Document

  • $75 for each additional document submitted to the same State

County/Local Authentication Required:

  • $250 for the 1st/One Document

  • $100 for each additional document submitted to the same State

Federal Apostille Service -

 

Expedited processing is not available for this service. Processing time is currently taking 4-6 weeks. 

  • $175 for the 1st/One Document

  • $75 for each additional document submitted as part of the same order

Please note, our service is solely responsible for ensuring proper completion and delivery of your notarized document and Apostille application to the appropriate State office that issues Apostilles and Authentications. We are NOT responsible for processing and mailing delays, loss of documents by the the above mentioned offices issuing Apostille and Authentications in other States. Additionally, we are NOT responsible for events that occur by the actions of a third party. Neither Notary Professionals of Nevada nor its staff are representatives of, agents for, or affiliated with any State office. Notary Professionals of Nevada is a private company facilitating the process of receiving an Apostille certificate for your document. Once an Apostille request/order has been delivered to the issuing authority, there is no way to cancel the request/order.

Service fees and service availability may change without notice. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, you will be notified by email and/or phone, and given the opportunity to accept the corrected price or cancel your service.
