There are several reasons for deed transfers. Most common requests that we process include; adding a spouse or family member, transferring property into or out of a trust, removing a deceased person from the deed, transferring property into a business, and more. If you are looking to transfer property by way of recording a deed, we can help!
After collecting the necessary information, our Document Preparation Specialist will prepare the document(s) being requested. The cost for preparing your deed is $125. Notarization fees are included. Once completed, we can record the deed for you. Courier and recording fees are additional for document recording. You can view pricing for our other services by going to our Pricing Page.
Want us to handle it all? We have 2 Deed Preparation Packages that include document preparation, notarization, courier service, and the standard recording fees.
If you do not qualify for a Real Property Transfer Tax exemption, transfer tax will apply to your recording and will increase the fee payable to the Clark County Recorder's office.
