Whether you in the Las Vegas Valley, outside the State of Nevada, or outside of the U.S. we can assist you with obtaining an apostille certificate for your document. Notary Professionals of Nevada is a full service document authentication firm. Below we have provided information on how you can start your Nevada Apostille Service Order.
Visit Us In Person:
We accept walk-ins at our main office and service center in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. Appointments are not required. When visiting our office, you will meet with an Apostille Specialist who will complete the order forms with you. We have notaries public on staff to notarize any documents that may require notarization (notary fees additional). Vital records do not require notarization. Nevada State law does not allow for the notarization of any vital record: birth, death, and marriage certificates. Original copies of these documents are certified by the County or State agency that issues them. Copies of vital records, or vital records that have been notarized, will not be accepted.
Original copies are required for your document to receive an apostille certificate. This is a requirement of the Nevada Secretary of State's office. Some documents may be certified by a notary public. Copy certifications performed by a notary public all be accepted for Nevada Apostille Service.
Online/Email:
This is an ideal option for clients who are unable to visit our office. To start your order for Nevada Apostille Service, contact us by email or phone. Via Shipment:
You can ship your documents to our office for completion. Be sure to include an order form with your document(s). Shipments that are receiving without an order form will be returned to the sender. We are unable to complete your order without an order form. If your document(s) require notarization, they must be notarized by a Nevada notary public prior to shipping the documents to our office.
