Documents issued by a federal agency or signed and sealed by a federal office must be submitted to the U.S. Department of State's Office of Authentications to receive an apostille. Our Apostille Specialists are knowledgeable and experienced in the process of obtaining an apostille certificate from the U.S. State Department.

The current processing time for federal documents is 5-6 weeks. Expedited service is not available.

• $175 for the 1st/One document

• $75 for each additional document submitted as part of the same order

 

Processing time is approximately 8-12 weeks. Our service includes the following:

• Completion of form DS-4194.

• Delivery of your document(s) to the U.S. Department of State for processing.

• Return delivery of documents to you. Documents can be picked up from our office when completed.
