Document Notarization:

We are an office based notary firm. All document notarization is completed in person at our office. Fees are determined by the number of signer signatures being notarized during the same visit.  

​

• $15 for one notarized signature

• $22 for 2 notarized signatures 

• $6.00 for any additional signatures after the first 2

• $7.00 for copy certification, per copy

• $7 for oath administration

Witnesses can be provided for signings that are performed in our office. There is a fee for this service. Fee for providing witnesses is below:

• $5 for each witness signature applied to a document​

Real Estate Documents/Loan Signings:

​

Loan signings are performed in our office. Signature fees are listed below. Loan signings can be more complex notary jobs that require additional time to complete. As such, a $30 loan signing fee will be added to the signature fees when loan documents are notarized. Call us to learn more.
