The Nevada Secretary of State office issues Apostille certificates for documents notarized by a Nevada notary public or signed by a Nevada public official. Notary Professionals of Nevada offers Apostille service to assist with obtaining an Apostille certificate for your document.
We can facilitate this process for you, regardless if the document was notarized by a member of our notary team, or another notary public. Submit your notarized document, or vital record, to a member of our apostille team. We will take care of the rest. We hand deliver all Apostille applications and documents to the Nevada Secretary of State's office daily; Monday through Thursday. Secretary of State's office is open on Friday for us to retrieve documents only. Completed documents can be mailed to you, or we can hold your documents at our office for pick up. Pricing details below. There is no additional cost for shipping of your completed apostille order when being sent to an address within the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
To mail your document(s) to our office for processing, call (702) 688-5618 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. We will provide you with an order form to complete and send with your order. An invoice will be sent via email for payment by credit card when your documents are received. Other payment methods accepted: check, money order, Zelle, and Venmo. All funds must be in U.S. dollars. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Notary Professionals of Nevada.

For all processing types, our service includes the following;
Completion of Apostille application.
Couriered delivery and pick up of documents to and from the Nevada Secretary of State's office.
Return delivery of all documents to you via USPS Priority mail within the U.S. Alternatively, your document may be held at our office for pick up.
Documents that are signed and sealed by different notaries public will not qualify for Multiple Document Discounts. These documents will be priced individually at the "first/one document" pricing listed.

Next Business Day Processing:
Your order will be filed with the Secretary of State's office on the next business day after we receive your documents. Documents delivered to our office on Friday will be filed for processing on the next business day. Orders will be available for pick up after 3 PM on the day of processing. Prices listed below include all State processing fees.

$50 for each additional document signed by the same notary and/or public official.
Expedited orders are processed within 2-3 business days of our office receiving your documents. Pricing listed below includes all State processing fees:

Standard orders are processed in approximately 2-4 weeks from the time your documents are delivered to the Secretary of State. Pricing listed below includes all State processing fees:
