We can assist with obtaining an Apostille certificate for your document from any state outside Nevada. Processing times vary by State. With some States taking 6-12 weeks for issuance of an apostille certificate.
If you live in the Las Vegas Valley, you can submit your documents to a member of our Apostille team at our office. Documents may be mailed to our office for processing as well. Our office accepts deliveries from all major shipping carriers and international deliveries. When mailing your documents, please complete and include the Order Form and Payment Authorization.

Select States, such as California and Hawaii, may require a document to receive an authentication by a county or local government office/agency prior to submission to the competent/issuing authority to receive an apostille. Notary Professionals of Nevada can complete all steps required as outlined by States that may require this additional authentication.

$250 for the first document
$100 for each additional document requiring an apostille from the same State
State Apostille Service (without County Authentication):
$225 for the first document
$75 or each additional document requiring an apostille from the same State.

Return delivery of documents to you by USPS Priority Mail is included at no additional charge when being sent to an address within the continental U.S. If UPS overnight shipping is selected, a fee of $35 will apply.
