Online Notary Service Request
Our remote online notary service is simple, secure, and convenient. Please enter the details below so we can create your online notary session. Upon creating your online notary session, you will receive a link via email. This link will be used to connect to a notary public. All the details below are required. We will need to prepare your document for online signing and notarization. Please submit your document using the upload button below. We will send you an email confirmation when your request is received.
Instructions for Online Notary Meeting -
You will receive an email from eNotaryLog, our online notary platform, that contains the following information: a pin code, your signing appointment details, and a link. To start the process of connecting with a member of our online notary staff, click the link in the email. You may access the link up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled signing time. Please keep your pin code available as it will be needed for the online signing process.
Next, you will be prompted to enter some personal details. You will then be directed to the first step in the identity verification process. 5 questions will be presented for you to answer. The second step to the identity verification process is to upload a photo of the ID being used for the online notary session. After this final step is completed, you will be connected with an online notary public.
System Requirements -
Remote online notarization is best completed on a computer. When using a computer, please use Google Chrome, Firefox or similar web browser. If joining from a smart device such as a cell phone or tablet, additional input from the signer will be required when signing the document(s). Webcam and microphone are required.
